My approach & work history.

I use data, like polls and past election results, to analyze developments in U.S. politics and elections. I inform readers by making complex topics more approachable. But I also respect their intelligence by not shying away from engaging with the political science literature and by offering historical comparisons when writing about contemporary American politics.
